Important Info on supporting document file size and extension:

• Recent photograph should be uploaded only in jpg, jpeg, png or bmp format /extension
• All other documents can be uploaded in jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, doc, docx or pdf format / extension
• Allowed file size is 1 MB per file
